Dino Schwertz, 41 year old former janitor at W. L. Abney Elementary School in Slidell, Louisiana has been arrested on six counts of aggravated rape against 2 10 year old boys. He is now also accused of raping an 8 year old boy and an 11 year old boy.

Formal charges have not been filed in the case of the 8 and 11 year old. Schwertz worked at the elementary school from July 2007 until January 2008, when he was transferred to a local high school. He allegedly raped the boys at school, during school hours.

And he’s a creepy lookin guy. Pretty much a typical janitor look, and perhaps this guy is why janitors are so stereotyped.

69 year old sixth and seventh grade music teacher at Two Rivers Middle School in Covington, Kentucky has been arrested for distribution of material

containing a sexual performance by a minor. Chase allegedly had hundreds of files of child porn on his home computers.

Investigators found that Chase had been downloading child porn through an internet operation called Operation Flicker. His home was then searched and

authorities confiscated several computers from Chases home.

53 year old superintendent of the Lagunitas School District has been arrested and has plead no contest to possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexual conduct. Lee was originally arrested on 13 counts, however as a result of his plea agreement, all charges were combined into one.

How did his child porn come out to the open you ask? Well, his girlfriend found it, and then a domestic dispute at Lee’s home ensued. Police were called, and surely they saw the child porn once Lee’s girlfriend showed it to them.

Lee faces up to 3 years in prison. Sentencing is set for June 30th, 2008. Before becoming superintendent of schools, Lee was a teacher and principal at Igo-Ono Elementary School near Redding, California.

Craig Lee has been sentenced to 6 months in jail with the possibility of electronic home confinement. In the case that his request for the tether is denied, Lee will begin serving his sentence on October 21st. Lee will be required to register as a sex offender.

28 year old music teacher and band director at Pasco Middle School in Dade City, Florida has been sentenced to 22 1/2 years in prison for his sexual

relationship with a 13-14 year old female student.

Black was arrested and plead guilty to lewd and lascivious battery in January 2008. Black apparently had sex with the girl in the schools band room up to 10

times between March and September 2006. During that time, the girl turned 14 years old.

The girls parents sparked the investigation after they found numerous calls at all times of day and night from the same number, Black’s. They then informed

school officials and an investigation subsequently began.

After Black is released from prison he will face 10 years of intense sex offender probation as well as sex offender registration for life.

In St. Louis, this…definitely not unattractive substitute teacher has been charged with 2nd degree statutory rape, for sexual encounters with an 8th grade student.

She will be sentenced on April 15th 2008, and faces up to 7 and a half years in prison. She allegedly had intercourse with the student between February 1st and March 13th of last year. All that time, if it had been me, she’d be getting charged with 113 counts!

Engelbach has been sentenced to 2 years of probation and a $5,000 fine. She will also be registered as a sex offender and will be required to pay back the childs family for his counseling.

And she’ll still be smokin hot.

But he wasn’t arrested for filming the students in the bathroom. Oh no, they busted him for the ’small amount of meth’ he had. Filming underage girls peeing? No big deal.

Somewhere in California, this guy had placed video cameras in the girls bathroom, and was using the schools servers to upload them to his home computer, evidently. The genius got caught because the network admin at the school actually put his coffee down and decided to figure out why the schools servers were running at 400% capacity and using 20TB of bandwidth per second. Thats a bit of an exaggeration, but that’s why jailbeta isn’t a recognized news source.

He was released on $10,000 bond for the meth, and has been suspended indefinitely from working at the school. The bathroom camera incident is an ongoing investigation.

Yet another case of a special education teacher being charged with having sex with her students. Must be something in the water.

This time it comes from Iowa City, IA. The 38 year old ‘education associate’, AKA, teachers aide, is accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the students she was in charge of, over a period of 3 months in 2007.

She is charged with ‘Lascivious conduct with a minor’, a misdemeanor, punishable by up to a whopping, cruel and unusual, year in county jail. Sheesh, take it easy on her guys. She is butt-ass-ugly afterall.

Colleen Solberg has had all charges against her dismissed. It is reported that the alleged victim would not testify.

A 52 year old man from somewhere over there in crumpetland decided it was a good idea to molest some kids. Not only were they kids, but they were male kids.

According to the article, it started in 1977. It lasted for a period of 15 years. I’m no mathematician, nor am I a current-year-ologist, but that seems to me like its a 16 year difference between when it ended, and now.

So why did he stop? Well, the same reason anybody would stop molesting young boys. The kid turned 13, and the sick son of a bitch decided he liked girls.

But aside from that. Six and a half years? For THIS? Come on now, thats BEYOND lenient. I would have punched him in his face 24 times a day for the rest of his life.

A teachers aide in New Kensington has resigned. So what? Well, she was a special education teacher. So what again? She hosted a kickass hotel party with some students at her school.

At the party cops found what they suspected to be crack, beer, drug paraphernalia, and used condoms. Sounds like a total rager. Only problem is this teacher looks like she got her ass handed to her by the ugly shovel.

Ms. Swogger can’t seem to keep it in her pants. She has been arrested numerous times since her initial arrest. She has been arrested for bond violations, luring two teenage girls to her home to have sex with them, and numerous other charges.

Swogger faces at least 50 different charges. Since she’s apparently a lesbian, or bisexual maybe, she’ll have a blast in prison.

Swogger tried to get her bail reduced, but clearly it was an epic failure. She remains in jail on $150,000 bond.

Another epic fail for swogger. And a touch of owned too.

Abbie Jane Swogger has been ordered to stand trial on 39 charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors and possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine.

No trial date has yet been set.

We all remember our female coach in high school right? Bulldyke lesbian extreme. Some of our lesbian coaches were even kinda hot. These are the ones we thought about during those long Michigan winter nights. Right? Ok, maybe it was just me.

But in Idaho, the case is no different. A lesbian (evidently) coach at the local high school was already on probation for ‘inappropriately touching’ a 16 year old female student, was arrested again for violating her probation. The article is not clear on what exactly induced the arrest, but said that she had violated her probation several times, for technicalities like curfew violations and the such.

I think we can all safely assume that she wasn’t arrested for violating her probation with a DUI. I think the legal limit in Idaho is like .90 anyway.
