A few notes about the map:
-All offenders are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
-The map will load the most "popular" state first, then you can select your state from the dropdown below or the link list below the map if your browser does not support javascript.
-The map will no longer crash your browser trying to load thousands of map points, it will now load by the selected state only, and only up to 100 of the latest articles for that State. Sorry about all the browser crashing before this update :)
